School Lunches

At Ackton Pastures our school dinners are cooked fresh on site by Dolce/School Grid. The price of a school meal for pupils is £2.55.

Pupils can order online in advance or can order on entering school in their classroom. If you do pre-order and your child is absent from school please remember to log into your account and delete the order.

A pupils account is only allowed to fall in to debt by 3 meals. If this is exceeded, no further meals can be ordered until the debt is cleared.

Children in Key Stage 1 and Upper Foundation are eligible for Universal Infant Free School Meals. Some children in Key Stage 2 may also be eligible for Free School Meals through benefits. If you believe you may be entitled to this, please apply online using the link below.

Free school meals – Wakefield Council

If your child already gets Universal Infant Free School Meals you still need to apply. You may receive FREE milk and breakfast club on receipt of this entitlement.

School Milk

Milk is FREE to Nursery pupils and is ordered by school.

Reception to Year 6. When your child turns 5 you will have to start paying for milk if your child wants it.
Please register with Cool Milk below.

Children in receipt of FSM who would like milk at school must inform the office – no need to register with Cool Milk
