Mrs Adele Brown is our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator, or SENDCo. She can be contacted through the school office should you have any queries or concerns about a current pupil in school, or if you are thinking of choosing Ackton Pastures for your child’s education.
At Ackton Pastures, we believe every child is entitled to high quality education, regardless of the challenges they may face, and endeavour to provide this in a way that meets their current needs. We employ a range of personalised strategies and techniques, and are supported by CIAT and Educational Psychology professionals from the Wakefield Local Authority, as well as working closely with other schools within out Multi-Academy Trust.
